Kelly has walked the halls you’re walking now.
For over 25 years, she served as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal in public schools. She knows the weight of leadership and the deep hope that drives it.
When she left the district office and became a certified coach, she didn’t just want to encourage leaders. She wanted to equip them. That’s why she created Enlightening Leadership - to support school and district leaders who are doing the real work of change and need steady, practical guidance along the way.
Kelly is not here to sell a quick fix. She's here to help you lead change that lasts.
